If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect fit, or style. Instead, we offer store credit valid for 3 years.
Store Credit (Gift Cards)

All returns are processed as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Once your return is approved and received, a unique gift card code will be emailed to you.

Your store credit can be used at checkout on any future purchase and never expires before the 3-year period.

Items Not Eligible for Return
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear

Please complete the returns form included with your order and send it with your item(s).
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (except in the case of faulty or incorrect items).
Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all swing tags attached.

Items must be free from makeup, perfume, fake tan, deodorant, or any marks.

Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by R’nay Clothing.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order using your store credit.
Sale Items
Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty. Any sale items sent back will be returned to sender.
Processing Times
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item. Store credits are emailed as a digital gift card to the email used on your order.
Faulty Products
If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@rnayclothing.com.au immediately.

If the item has a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund/store credit.

Refunds for faulty items will be returned to the original payment method.

If deemed faulty, we will also refund/credit return shipping costs.
Afterpay Orders
Orders paid with Afterpay are still subject to our returns policy. Store credit will be issued for returned items, and your Afterpay payment plan will continue as scheduled. Please see Afterpay’s website for more information.
