A dispatch timeframe is provided in the product description for all pre-order items. Please allow the quoted timeframe for dispatching your order in addition to Australia Post transit times.

We will not provide updates of the exact date of dispatch during the quoted timeframe. You will be provided tracking information when your pre-order item has been dispatched.

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in entirety once the pre-order item arrives. Please place seperate orders if you would like your other items sooner.

Once your parcels have left our warehouse they become the property of Australia Post. Parcels can be tracked on the Australia Post website using your designated tracking number.
